There was a smoking room next to the reception which was good as it was always snowing outside. TV only had American news why no bbc world service & the sport channel only showed skiing. would return to this hotel."

"Ovrall, great. However, some small niggles. Complementary water only provided on night 1 . Most 5 star hotels we stay in give you 500-1000ml water per day. Breakfast choice good, but some basics need attention: Bacon overcooked, scrambled egg too wet, hash browns soggy every day. Prosecco only available at weekends. Not bad, but room for improvement. "

Staff were friendly and attentive..... Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection of hot and cold food. We also used the pool, sauna and steam room. Perfect way to relax after a day exploring the old town. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay one to remember....."
