"Due to unfortunate circumstances with a water problem we did not get to stay at the Leaside. The Leaside group management called us (very helpful) to offer us an upgraded room at the Monastery Spa and suites. We accepted. Very disappointing night. Not an upgrade, dirty glasses, tv didn’t work, not a cozy place and breakfast was not included,as at Leaside. There were beer bottles outside the hotel entrance and staff were friendly but not overly enthusiastic or helpful. Can’t say we will be back!"

"Tasha and Glenn are wonderful hosts. The flat was absolutely gorgeous: perfectly comfortable and pristine. Tasha was very easy to communicate with and Glenn met us to give us a tour, helped us with our luggage, and welcomed us with a batch of homemade tea biscuits. My sister and I could not have asked for better accommodations. Thank you!"
