"Awesome place, great breakfast. Beautiful area. The playground is fantastic and has a zip line. There is a rail connected right to the property. This is a can't miss for nature lovers and a great home base for exploring the Rhineland palatine area"

"The location of this hotel near the Nürburgring Grand Prix track which is perfect for race fans, especially on an event weekend. The hotel has an amazing race theme, and food is great! The only issue with the hotel was that the bathroom didn't have a door, but otherwise an amazing hotel."

"Lovely staff that spoke excellent English. We loved that we could buy reasonably priced wine and beer from self service bar and supply of glasses too. Was going to have breakfast but felt it was very expensive when there a couple of cafes open around the corner. All in all was a great hotel."

"The hotel is a great destination for couples or adults. The swimming pool and spa areas are not suitable for children but wonderful for adults. Everything is very clean and well looked after. We stayed in one of the south-facing rooms (last minute booking) in the older part of the hotel, the rooms was comfortably furnished and a good size. "Fantastic getaway destination for a weekend stay (and more). Hotel location is great with hikes nearby and the hotel courtyard, pool and other facilities are amazing! We had two small kids and were worried that their play and shouts might not be met with the warmest feedback but the hotel staff was super welcoming. "Trevligt och fint rum med härlig utsikt! Helt ok frukost och bra mat på restaurangen. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam trots begränsad kommunikationsförmåga då vi inte pratar tyska och deras engelska var begränsad. Bra parkering och möjligt att ladda elbil. Engelska menyer hade varit till stor hjälp, men det finns ju bra appar för översättning. "

"They overbooked the hotel and shipped me to a different hotel. Rather than staying in the four star hotel I booked and paid for, I was forced to stay in a one star hostel. Pure bait and switch fraud"

"Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night, but we had a great time. Rooms are clean and very comfy. Service is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has everything u can wish for and the dinner was very delicious. Will come back to test some wellness options. "
