"This is by far the most fabulous hotel I’ve ever stayed in — it’s gorgeous, comfortable, so beautifully anointed, and totally quite unique aesthetically. The staff is just fantastic: courteous, helpful, polite and accommodating. I’d requested a quiet bedroom and they indeed gave me a totally quiet room which was also very comfortable, gorgeous, with a fantastic bathroom and very cozy bed. "The Hotel is superb value the spa was nice touch and the breakfast included was superb the only criticism i can give is the Restaurants both the Fragment and rooftop the food was bland and often lulkevwarm provided the orded was actually right the service in both was sloppy . If they could improve both they would rank as outstanding . "

"This hotel located in city center, around 35 min from TBS airport. Easy access to Pekini markets and all major public transports. Pool and gym are very practical. Pool is always busy in pool season. Breakfast serves in lobby restaurant; buffet with great varieties of foods. Executive rooms are larger than normal ones and pool view rooms maybe more quite than street/city view ones. "Excellent. Beautiful balcony overlooking the sulphur baths in very pretty, historic area of town. Short stroll to restaurants and bars, Indoor and well heated outdoor areas. So many wine shops! Staff were really helpful and available 24 hours. Bathroom was excellent, heating and air con worked well. Hotel close to museums, churches and squares and easy walking distance to so much history. Very proud people who work hard to ensure you get the best out of the country. "

"I really liked this hotel. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in Tbilisi and I rate this one. It was last minute booking for business I paid only 100 gel for the room (this was last minute and off-season) for the price it was great for a short stay, the wi-fi was good, and the girl at the front desk was friendly and helpful, the location is in the tourist part of town and the reception area looks great. "We live in Batumi, but make frequent visits to Tbilisi. ZP Palace works very well for us. Great location in Chugureti (safe, quiet, convenient), modern facility well-maintained, nice breakfast, and outstanding housekeeping every day. Owned and managed by a local family. Because I require a breathing-machine treatment just before our long return train trip, they kindly allow me a late check-out. Nice folks with good skills."

"First we got a strange room without window, but we asked to replace it and we got some other room with window. The view from room was not so good, but it was better to get room with window. Also once on towel was some hair. And I didn’t like that the breakfast started from 8 o’clock. So on the last day we were without breakfast due to this. "
