Very nice staff, beautiful - stunning views from my room (255), great breakfast and so many other things that are offered here that I did not take advantage of, but will on my next visit. I will be returning here many more times to come! Thank you for a fantastical stay!"

Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "

"Spectacular surroundings, unusual car lift to access car park. Some attractions (eg Stubai Glacier) access closed for ski season prep. Small supermarket close by. Confortable drinks lounge. No probs checking in or out."

"The staff were professional and courteous and very engaging and helpful. I can't speak more highly of them. The location of the hotel is very central to the towns facilities and restaurants. A special mention for excellent service goes to Tanya in reception and Ioannis from the wait staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of Catering, Nadem also assisted my family group in organising a Christmas dinner at th he Hotel with great courtesy and professionalism. I can't recommend this Hotel...
