"Good food Wine not great Beer was ok Cocktails, spirits and ice creams, crisps not included in all inclusive snack bar Kids were happy with food and drink though Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved. It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. It was good but mainly to stay in hotel...

"The whole complex was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed on location. Scenery the staff, the waiters the conciergers We're spectacular. The most comfortable vacation place I have ever stayed. The breakfasts were just unmatchamachable.They had every possible Greek food American food that you could want..spotless, not one bad smell or odor.The sea was pristine. A REAL GEM IN CHANIA...4.9 Stars"

"My friend and I loved the location of the hotel . Although not in the city centre , it was still very easy to get into centre on public transport within 20 minutes .The property overlooks the sea . The room sizes were quite spacious .The personalised room facilities such as a pool or a hot tub was a very nice touch. I will be returning to the hotel in future. "

"The hotel is very conveniently placed right by the sandy beach. The room was very clean and generally the hotel areas are clean. The staff are very friendly and service was excellent. Could do with outside toilets and changing rooms, so guests wouldn't have to go back to their room after a swim. "

"This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. "

"fan in the room did not work, despite notifying staff (it was not a very hot period though) foul odour from the drain pipe, they fixed it after a few days and in fairness fixed that sooner than I got to complain about it overall wear-and-tear of furniture and surfaces like in 3-star hotel breakfast like in 3-star hotel (no good dried sausage slices or cheeses, no juices) family complained that pool is not heated - it was the temperature for serious swimming, not casual splashing"

"Hotel is new and in great condition. Spacious room, large bathroom, great balcony only a few meters from the crushing waves. Wonderful restaurant right on top of the waves. Two beautiful pools, one of them overlooking the sea and only a few meters away from it. Great beach right in front of the hotel, ultra long beach to walk either way. Only downside is the breakfast ; although it gives the basics that you expect, it does not offer any local delicacies. "
