"We needed a hotel near the airport as we had an early morning flight and the Sama Sama exceeded our expectations. The hotel is connected to the terminal by a walkway and there is a complimentary buggy shuttle available if you have luggage. The same walkway connects the hotel to the rental car returns area so the whole drop off process was seamless. Cons: reception staff could only speak Malay, did not like sink outside of bathroom with no counter space for toiletries, did not like purple LED light running along cupboards, hotel is with newly opened mall and car park right at the top levels with all levels of the car park looking unfinished, it’s not a nice first impression.
