"Enjoyable stay with courteous service. We chose this hotel for its central location, connection to the Ipoh Mall and the 6 EV charging bays for hotel guests (at RM1.05/kWh). Our room on the Concept (12th) floor came with a jacuzzi, and overall it was spacious and comfortable, but with some hits and misses. Hits was the large 2 person jacuzzi, the smart tv with screen mirroring, comfy king size bed, powerful water and, uniquely, a drinking water faucet in the bathroom. Oh and also the...

"It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. Thank you."

"A decent hotel. Rooms and bathroom were generous size however safe was non functional and couldn’t be fixed. although they offered to leave one on the floor for us this was not satisfactory. Grout in shower requires bleach but otherwise clean. One towel and one doona cover had a rip/hole so some upgrading is required. Overall quite adequate and centrally located and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "

"I am staying in room 936, please repair the room : 1/ hanger behind the toilet doir had lost, please put back 1, 2/ the crntralist aircond is warm even put 15C and it is very noisy 3/ the paint on the toilet door wear off, please repaint 4/ the room had not supply face towel and no reply on requst on 25.1.2020 on request til next day meeting up the cleaner only resolve the problem of toiletary supply."
