The young people at the reception desk are outstanding — well trained, attentive, responsive to any need or request. I had some insignificant problems with electric lights in my room. "The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The hammam, the harbour , shops and restaurants are close. Our car was parked in a private car park safely. The room is spacious and luxary, with a romantic balcony. We highly recommend this hotel, also the staff is friendly and breakfast is wonderful."

"Small boutique exactly where you need to be, 2 mins from old town. Small pool area, (all old town hotels are the same, because they are in the town). We were able to relax around i it. There was a large selection of a Turkish breakfast, very well looked after by the staff. We booked the suite and had lots of space and all facilities, kettle, water, fridge, hairdryer etc. Lots of nice restaurants & shops nearby, and it felt very safe walking around. Would definitly recommend. "

"The hotel was lovely. Right in the centre of town. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fridge and kettle. The bathroom was clean and the shower was super with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was the best I’ve had and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. "

"First of all the terrible smell in and around the hotel was sometimes unbearable. Our toilet was never once cleaned during the entire stay, room service was terrible, we had to ask for fresh bed sheets because no one was changing them after 4days, only the rubbish in the bin was removed, reception guy working night shift on the 08 of August was so unprofessional busy chatting on WhatsApp when we asked him about room service hours he said he didn’t know, he was on his cellphone.
