"First - let's just say Copenhagen is a great place to spend 5 days. Clean, beautiful, lots to do, great food. We really lucked out finding the Phoenix. Very nice, stately, very comfortable rooms, beautiful lobby. Beautiful bathrooms The staff was very helpful. The location could not be better - near a lot, but not a touristy area. Some very nice restaurants nearby, and great bars. The hotel also offered very nice bikes - which really came in handy. "

The part of the hotel that my room was in was somewhat loud with the wall vibrating when a door on the hallway closed, but there was only a few room in use near mine, so it wasn't really an issue, but I don't think, I'd like it if the hotel was near capacity."
