"After problems with the original accommodation that we had booked (which wasn't Novotel), it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg. The centre was easily accessible by tram, or via a very nice walk through the old fort. My kids loved it!"

"A very nice hotel that is close to both the train station and old town/city center Luxembourg. There was some noise from road works outside the hotel, but that’s not the hotel’s fault at all. The area around the hotel is not as nice as city center, but I certainly felt safe while I was there, and the location is still extremely walkable. I would stay here again if I return to Luxembourg. "

"Quiet location. Room is clean. Bed is good. Good access to the free tram at Theater station. Public parking a 5 minute walk away. Make sure you keep your parking stub or you cannot get back in. I recommend this hotel."
