"I liked this hotel. It's not exactly the fanciest place but it's more than adequate for a stay in the old part of Frankfurt. It was really close to the Christmas market and shopping. I think they need new pillows. The ones they have are not good. The staff is friendly though and I would stay here again for the convenience. "

"The best staff, front desk support was fabulous! Went out of the way to help us with directions, ideas. Had a suitcase emergency and they provided gorilla tape to close and secure my broken suitcase. Perfect walking location."

"I stayed here on a solo trip to visit the Christmas markets but explored a lot of Frankfurt aside from the Christmas markets. This location was probably the best and the hotel was exactly when I needed. I stayed in a double despite being on person and the room was very small, but still comfortable. I did have one reception staff member who was very short with me, but aside from him, I enjoyed it. Would stay here again. "
