"As good as big, impersonal, city centre chain hotels normally are. The building is pretty dated on the outside, but fine on the inside. Staff are friendly, it's very convenient for the city (by bus) and parking wasn't an issue. "

"A really lovely stay in a great hotel. The staff were very attentive and courteous. The a la carte breakfast (salmon and eggs) was excellent. The eggs were definitely free range. We would most definitely stay here again."

"We were down for my wifes birthday, taking in a show and Spa in the hotel The hotel is in a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was very good. Cannot recommend enough, we will definitely be back again"
