"The hotel is kind of old. Need renovations. The front desk personnel is not helpful. They are not willing to help. When we check out early in the morning we asked them to help us to get a couple of taxis they said they can’t. I’ve never heard of any hotels can’t help their customers getting a taxi. Very bad customer service. "

"Generally good except two things. When I book a room for three people on Orbitz and it does not allow me to choose breakfast for three, then I have to pay for the extra meal at the hotel. Also there is a 500 CNY security deposit that you have to pay at the check-in desk upon arrival, which makes the experience not so frictionless. "

"This hotel sits right at the river bank, overseeing Ganjiang and the Bayi bridge. Breathtaking view in the evening. The room is very clean and the breakfast is very generous. Otherwise a decent attempt to turn the area into a resort-like atmosphere for weekend getaways. The dinner buffet at the hotel lobby was great for the price too."
