"Good stay. Celebrated 20th anniversary. Hotel very nice and generous to provide nice swan towel deco on bed plus a tasty spongy cream strawberry cake. Enjoyed the nice lake view and comfy bed. Convenient to walk at green path along the star lake and take boat ride. Hot spring/heated pools just downstairs. Good restaurants in hotel. "

"This hotel is the closest hotel to the Bus Terminal. I've been staying at this hotel since it first opened. It is a little on the worn out side, but still it suits me. The check in staff is very friendly, though English isn't proficient. "

"호텔은 가격대비 굿 ... 그러나. .호텔 결재에 문제가 있는듯 합니다. 결재는 하고 갔지만 숙박은 불가능하다고 함..어이 없음 내가 결재한 것은 보증금이고... 현금 결재를 하여야 숙박이 가능하다고 함.. 헉.. 결국 현금 결재 후 숙박 했어요.. 나중에 고객센터로 연결후 호텔 예약 취소 ...되겠죠.."

"The hotel is at the foot of a mountain, bushy but also isolated. Unless you make a taxi booking using “Didi”, the equivalent of Uber, you can’t get a taxi straight away. The hotel needs a renovation if it is to remain a 4 Star status. "
