"First impression was really off-putting because whole place stunk of chlorine - the smell was omnipresent and strong, from the foyer, hallways, everywhere. Never experienced that before and mostly book hotels with a pool. Staff was very unhelpful, one receptionist literally rolled her eyes when I asked a question about ski storage. "Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was satisfactory though should have plenty of choices for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is a little bit far from the center. Swimming pool and wellness available for free until 12pm, after that for a charge."
