"I always stayed at this hotel. I always left 5 stars. Our room this vist was on top of HAYAL restaurant that was very loud music. We couldn't sleep until 12 midnight. When I first received my room, bathroom was left dirty from the previous guest. When the cleaning lady came to clean it, she didn't clean it well again. I gave them my laundry it was only washed without ironing. This will be my last time staying hwre unfortunately. "

On checking out was paying in GB pounds as on booking but manager changed my pounds to lira at poor rate and cost us more then should so be warned also keep a check on what you use from mini bar i did but bill on leaving was more ."

"Great location in the centre of İzmit. Just beside a gas station. Very close to shops and supermarkets. Nearby the intercity bus stop in İzmit. Highly recommended place for short stay."
