"We had a great time stayed at Dorsett Melb. The room is big and bathroom shower is clean with strong hot water, I care these very much. If front desk staff could provide smile or friendly customer service while attending to the guests, that would be great."

"The girl at the check in desk on NYE was fabulous as she was trying to do everything on her own, as well as the bar counter. More staff were really needed. Mark, the breakfast manager was fabulous, friendly and extremely helpful. The bathroom doors in the hotel rooms freaked me out that they automatically would close. Not sure if that is something for handicapped guests but it made me very uncomfortable. Great location. Would stay again. Thx"

"we Stayed for one night with our two young children as we had an early flight. The room was great and they loved watching the planes take off and land. Beds were very comfortable and amenities provided were great. Check in took a very long time though. Two people on at a peak time and no clear signage as to how to check in. It took about 25 minutes to check in!! "
