"It was xmas Eve and Francoise was going out of the way to get me a luggage cart , set my room , correct the how to get there , suggested kitchen bar closes and his bar manager made me a great hot pizza , asked me if I wanted a glass for the coke . "Beautiful location. The rooms are lovely and equivalent to a 5 star hotel. The pool is very nice. the breakfast buffet is also very good and so is the restaurant. Where things fall short is the service. It wouldn't deter me from coming back but you'd expect such a beautiful venue to have better service."

"We enjoyed our room. The location was perfect. The room was clean. There was plenty of space. Perhaps put the refrigerator on a short table as its small size makes it more of a table top item and it was a bit of a trip hazard on the way to the bathroom. There is plenty of room to put in a small sitting area without crowding the room, as well. "

"I was ready to leave a bad review. Prior to check in I kept receiving emails telling me parking is limited and if I needed it to make sure I reserved a spot. Each time I'd email the company asking to reserve a spot. Instead of confirming the company would wait several weeks then send the same message again. I spent $30 on cell phone add ons trying to contact someone while traveling. I was told to call back, I'd call and they'd make me call back again. A simple, that's an automatic reply would...
