"Friendly and helpful staff, great meal selection and efficient. Would recommend. Observation for wheelchair users or anybody needing wider doors, etc - doors slightly narrow and some areas are lacking space; do-able but just be mindful."

"Das Zimmer war klein aber sehr modern. Das Bett bequem, nur die Kissen eine Zumutung :( sie bestanden nur noch aus kleinen Klümpchen. Das Personal im italienischen Restaurant war super und das Essen sehr lecker. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Frühstücksraum war für den Andrang nicht ausgelegt. Man stand überall an und freie Tische gab es kaum. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Essen lecker. "

"This is a great hotel to stay in Venlo right in the main square. Feels luxurious and comes with free buffet breakfast. Hard to fault this hotel on anything really. Only possible thing was prob that ordered a twin room and got a double bed which was 2 single beds together so had to work out a way to seperate them. Glass toilet and shower in room so not much privacy so make sure youre staying with someone youre comfortable with. Overall great value for money though and would def stay here again"

"New or newly refurbished. Nice looking rooms and bathrooms, however not a lot of space to store bags and clothes. The rooms have been soundproofed way better than competitor hotels but not perfect. Breakfast is ok, a few options available without being outstanding. Parking is €12 per night and it gets busy more often than not... There is a risk to have to park on the road in odd locations (not many designated parking spaces available). I would stay here again as this was the best hotel I have...
