"Magical castle with fantastic dining hall set in the outskirts of once-great manufacturing town of Ivrea famous for its Olivetti typewriters. Floors might be creaky and TVs are outdated, but overall ambience compensates for this a lot. Great place to stay if you travelling from Alpes to Italian coast of Milano"

"The hotel respected all my expectation. The internal structure in wood gives you a sensation of heat and makes you feel good. The room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is rich and with good varieties, the staff is very kind and professional. The restaurant is good with excellent dishes. We also went to sauna which although is small is good. Since I skied, I had a private shuttles service from the hotel to the cable way. I hope to come back!"

"Really lovely hotel, short walk to the ski lifts and nice cosy space to relax. We loved the outdoor hot tub post-skiing. The breakfast is nice with lots of options. Friendly staff and they were really helpful helping us get organised and book restaurants and ski hire "

"Beautiful location with a spectacular view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Take the half board. The food is good and it's very convenient. The shared cabin we had was small. No shower in bathroom but a great jacuzzi tub. The cabin we were in had very short doorways between the bedroom and bathroom and at the entrance. I'm 6'5" so there were a couple of head bangs. "The view was amazing and the proximity to the lifts was probably as good as you can get. However, the location advertises “free off site parking” which upon arrival we found is just parking in the town square and walking 10 mins back up to the hotel or paying for parking at the lifts. We opted to pay where it seemed to be 10 euro a day. Other than that, it was a really great stay. "

Super new and always clean. The location is fantastic, 3 mins walk to the ski Lift. I highly recommend the place 👌"
