"My daughter and I had a wonderful 6 days at Continental Mare. Our room was upgraded (thank you very, very much!) and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good, with great gluten-free options. The shuttle to town was very helpful and the short-cut walking path to town gave us a bit of exercise, but was easier than I expected. No negatives at all - our stay was excellent."

"Hotel is a little older. The room was nice and it was clean. The staff did walk into our room multiple times during our stay and sometimes without knocking. They were replacing towels and such. The pools were beautiful however a ton of people were saving chairs but weren’t at the pools. That was a it frustrating. Overall a good place. "

The check in was easy, they ordered scooters for us and they were delivered to the hotel. The bar was nice and had nice staff. Live music every night, and the spa in the hotel. The thermal pools are nice but a bit smelly due to the sulphur. The beach was great, but didn’t offer services so you had to go get your own drinks at the bar. Was in a great location and walking...

"We had a lovely time. The 10 pools (8 thermal) were excellent but we were disappointed to find out our 7 and 9yr olds could not go into the thermal pools so were limited to 2 pools and the sea. Not a huge deal and we undersood the rationale but still disappointed. The food at one of the restaurants was surprisingly good (we had breakfast and dinner there all 3 nights). Our room had a great view. And while some areas felt a bit rundown, you're getting what you pay for and you're in Italy!"
