"Central location with an average breakfast, excellent fruit and jam selection but no pastries and cofffee was just average Room was large and clean and bathroom / shower in good working order. Bar and terrace but lacked atmosphere and didn’t see anyone there the entire 2 days I was there. It was a good coty hotel which was well placed for the bus station and seeing the sights that the city has (you can get to everything within a 15 minute walk)"

"We stayed 2 nights in a room with a view and small balcony. The hotel is in a really good location and the staff were helpful. Valet parking service was good and the downstairs lobby/bar is really nice and spacious. The only small issue we had was that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t great."

"Very nice hotel. Quite a long walk to the centre and limited dining options in the area, although Trattoria Azur (30 minutes away) was very good. Very convenient for the main road if driving."

"Hotel was lovely. Staff were great and very professional. Description of "Parking Available" is a little misleading as for our entire stay we didn't manage to het into the car park once as it was full so we had to park at the expensive commercial carpark. Pool is nice but again far too small for the size of the hotel and you need to book the day before."

"Nice hotel with comfortable beds. We had issues with our first room as it smelt of stale tobacco. We also had issues with our room key. Would not work and we had to revisit reception. On check out they waived our parking fee as a bit of service recovery. Breakfast was good, with hot items."

"Great comfy hotel in the heart of the capital. Gym was a bit odd, with unusual things in it but not the things you need for a proper workout. Dumbbells but no bench, also they had the windows open and was too hot, should have aircon on. "

"The front desk woman was very nice and friendly from the moment we checked in and each morning we saw her. The room was spacious, clean and bright with a Juliet balcony with beautiful views. Breakfast was so plentiful, a casino, spa facilities and a beauty salon all within the hotel. A lovely park right across the street which brings you to the beaches and sea walkway. We fell in love with Opatija!"
