"I made reservations online from the US through Travelocity. Upon arriving at the hotel, they could not locate my reservation. After almost 30 minutes, they stated that they could not honor the rate I was charged and for which I had paid Travelocity already and tried to charge me more. I spoke to the Manager and after almost an hour, I placed an international call to Travelocity, USA and they called the hotel and straightened things out. "The hotel is okay. I wouldn't consider it 4-stars based on Nigerian or International standards, but it was okay. Its definitely seen better days, but it looked like they were renovating so hopefully the hotel improves. The price was very affordable and a nice surprise as I'm used to paying a lot of money for hotels in Nigeria (and there is a nice-sized pool that's being cleaned constantly, which is great for the price).
