Unfortunately the room was very cold 16 degrees and we had to use our winter coats inside all day - everything in the room was cold. On the second day we reach 18 degrees and 20 at the 3. day. We missed a couch or two good chairs with a table. "Didn’t realise that the hotel didn’t have a night porter , so couldn’t check in. Ideally located for business trip to local pharmacy company, but hopeless if you can’t gain access. I would have thought it may have been courteous if the hotel would have prompted me as we’ve become so reliant on assumptions that text has been read, that o ended up sleeping outside in the car overnight when the temperature was minus 3."
