"Not enough room to sit comfortably in the toilet, no room for your left leg as toilet is jammed against tub (very weird). Not sure if all rooms are the same way.. but mine was Shuttle to airport is convenient, but at least this morning my expereince felt like sardines as way too many passengers and luggage in the shuttle to Barajas. "

"We had a wonderful experience at Novotel. Breakfast buffet has many selections from a smoothie bar to churros, to charcuterie options, fruits, cheese, vegetables,.. all so delicious. They cleaned the rooms very quickly every day. Staff were very kind. The hotel is in a posh neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. One comment on the cleanliness is that there was dust on some surfaces and in the bathroom vents but other than that everything looked clean. "

"Room and property are very clean. Great location, right on the Grand Via. Just be aware that it is a very very busy street. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The TV doesn’t have any channels or shows on English and wasn’t connected to any streaming service. There is a restaurant on property. Overall a wonderful stay! "
