The only strange thing was that the toilet was separate to the shower and sink so you had to go to the toilet then come out and wash your hands in the shower room. I don't know how this arrangement would suit anyone, are they expecting people not to wash their hands after using the toilet? Didn't expect this from novotel but otherwise we had an amazing stay. Their staff went the extra mile to provide extra latex pillow and fixed the safe locking error when requested. "Even under construction to modernize a section, the room we got was plenty of space for 2 people. Clean and everything in the bathroom working well. Very good beds and very friendly and helpful staff. I truly recommend the Sternen Hotel. "
