"Renters be very aware, this is a very old house in a rather run down neighborhood. But - very clean and well stocked. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Be sure the second you notice anything broken or wobbly to let the owner know immediately. We are out 100% of a damage deposit due to items the owner said were broken that we were not aware of when we left. We have been renting VRBO for years domestic and international with a 5star renter rating and have always had ourdamage deposit...
