"Overall, we had a great time (in 2 of the cottage rooms). The hotel is well located for the beach and walks to restaurants etc. The rooms were big and the beds were too (and comfortable). The staff were friendly and helpful. The car park costs were good compared to other local car parks albeit we were lucky getting a space at the Marriott car park - there are others very close by, however. Alas, we had a wait for our cottage rooms to be available (4:30pm) but were given a couple of drinks...

"Nice clean room. Huge bathroom. Breakfast was very good, buffet style with good choices to suit everybody. Was not able to get tea and cake, although full afternoon tea could be booked in advance. Very loud wedding party kept us awake until midnight so thankful we weren't travelling with young kids. Friendly staff, good location. Would come here again"

"We had 2 rooms and one was extremely noisy at night. The other one was fine. I would say the rooms were average in comfort, quality of bed and furniture etc. What gave the hotel a higher rating was the food and service at its restaurant which were both excellent. "

"We had a brilliant weekend stay at The Nici. this really is a first class hotel. The rooms are a good size, beds huge and comfy, staff very efficient and friendly. Great location for the BIC and town centre. the outdoor pool is luxurious and warm. The new restaurant is fun and lively on a Saturday night. No complaints at all. Well worth the money and will be returning."

"I loved the location of the property. Beautiful trees. The foyer us very modern and comfortable. We were a large group and enjoyed our stay. The room we had was okay size for one night. The family room is very spacious. Clean and tidy. The swimming pool was nice and warm. The changing rooms and showers in the pool are in need of update. The bathroom was clean and had everything needed. Parking is £10 per day but reasonable. Breakfast was a bit basic but okay with warm croissants. Option to order...
