"Unfortunately the renovation spoilt our stay. It clearly stated on the web site renovations were completed. It indicates wifi available in rooms...it was not. When we asked the receptionist she was surprised and said she would send someone to sort it out. My husband had a conference call at 1am....never got assistance. The door to cabin didn't fit the frame. Bathrooms desperate for up grade. Staff in dining room great and food was very nice. Guide Lucky very friendly. Would we go back...not...

Our guide in game drives, Daniel, was extremely passionate and knowledgeable, and a wonderful story teller. We saw all but the loeopard of the big 5, but we also saw a cheetah and had a great lion sighting. "

"the tree lodge rooms need some maintenance-very shabby and not clean-the beds were clean but the verandah needs to be cleaned-bird poop on the railings, quite dusty etc. DO NOT like the crocodile enclosure its unnecessary and boring.
