"We had. Wonderful time , hotel was beautiful and the rooms are well appointed. Housekeeping was attentive and kind . The coffee shop was good and the buffet was excellent . Good variety of food and quality of ingredients . Lots of on site cooking like eggs and dosa however the hotel was full and the kitchen couldn’t keep up with the demand on on site counters . "Lovely hotel, although a little pricier than others around. I could have done with a balcony and/ or a lake view for the price. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, restaurant was lovely with a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. I had to stay 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked due to the large distance I had to travel. The hotel wouldn’t refund the third night which I thought was quite inflexible."
