"Wanted to explore the area b4 heading to Gold Coast for a weekend seminar. Looks recently renovated. Comfy bed, good air con n shower. Parking just outside. No complaints . Got the smallest room as overnight stay. Polite receptionist. Did not use the pool or billiards table. Will stay again if visiting the area"

There are shops across the road including a couple of options for food, but for much choice of restaurants we have to drive. If coming from the city centre, there is no access across the highway from Herries Street, but it is easy from Margaret Street."
