"My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in Luxury Room with a View. My room was #130, hers #140. The hotel location is fantastic! The reception staff was so very kind on every occasion when we had questions to ask them.They also sold us the Ghent Card which gave us entrances to various tourist attractions and public transportation in Ghent. "This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking. "

"We have an exceptional 4 day stay! The rooms are beautifully appointed with everything you could want (the only thing to note is that some rooms have the shower and sink in a loft space, so the stairs were a little challenging for my mother). The breakfast buffet is a must! The views are stunning from every window in the hotel, and the location could not be better. The staff was warm and very helpful. It was a perfect stay."
