"Felt really safe in this area travelled with a small child and was able to utilize the hotel shuttle to get to Disneyland and train stations. The bus stop is right outside the property as well easily accessible and able to get to the shopping areas or Disney freely and safely "

We arrived by car service to hotel and hotel wouldn't let car service or us into park because reception wasn't open until 11.
