"The location of this hotel near the Nürburgring Grand Prix track which is perfect for race fans, especially on an event weekend. The hotel has an amazing race theme, and food is great! The only issue with the hotel was that the bathroom didn't have a door, but otherwise an amazing hotel."

"Lovely staff that spoke excellent English. We loved that we could buy reasonably priced wine and beer from self service bar and supply of glasses too. Was going to have breakfast but felt it was very expensive when there a couple of cafes open around the corner. All in all was a great hotel."

"Breakfast was delicious and the best we had while touring Central Europe. Since we started our vacation in this area, we guessed it would be hard to beat during the rest of our trip. We were right. This hotel has one of the best breakfasts. The hotel was very clean and our room was nice. The restaurants, etc. outside the hotel were okay, and the location is convenient to Bonn and Koblenz (where we went next). "

"Large clean room. Had to call to get room key code it was not sent as promised. 90% of the time there is No employee to talk to about If your not from germany we were told not use the plug adapter because it would kill the power supply. Sign in bathroom states to throw your dirty towels on the floor. They will be replaced. But then room service did not come and clean or change towels that day and no one was there to talk to. Door handle came off. Coffee maker ran out of water and it was not...

"The staff were friendly and keen to look after you. We had a room upgrade for an extra fee because it was a very quiet time. The town was extremely quiet when we stayed so not many dining options available. It would have been good to have some help with this from reception prior to arrival. Hotel has a lovely position on the Rhein and the village was so pretty and quant. "
