"There is no curtain or door for shower area- it's just a tub with a hand held shower sprayer. If you are used to a more westernized shower- this will take some figuring out. Other than that, Front desk was very friendly and check-in was easy. Room was comfy for our family of 3. (two adults & 1 teenager) The location was great- we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see, including the Christmas market, & the breakfast was most impressive with a wonderful staff. "A very convenient location close to the old town and castle. The breakfast was top notch, including prosecco and smoked salmon. The staff were very helpful, bedrooms well catered and the spa is a lovely touch. The rooms are a bit dated (except the bathrooms which were lovely!), the tv old, not the most comfortable bed and the windows werent soundproof. We still rated the hotel well however given our experience. Be warned that the spa seems to be all in the nude, even though there were sheets...
