"Clogged drains, toilets that don’t flush, phones don’t work. This hotel needs a complete renovation . The restaurant was subpar with minimal choices Would not recommend this hotel"

"Stayed in their suite room for 7 days. It was our second time stay. Large spacious room. Courteous staff. Additional training would help with basic customer service. Breakfast can definitely improve (same stuff for 6 out of 7 days). "

"The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."
