"The resort staff is very nice. Great private beach. We had problem when checking and found out the second room is on a second floor with a very steep stairs. We asked them to open the sofa bed so my mom can sleep on since she couldn't get up the stairs. They insisted that we have to pay for the "extra" sofa bed. We told them this is not for an extra guess. It's because we couldn't get up to use the second room. It took almost an hour for the receptionist to call her manager to get the approval...

"For those looking for a quiet, more private Mui Ne experience, Victoria is a great choice. The beach is private, it is far from the noisy team building events and loud house music that can be so disturbing at the other resorts found farther down the road. The property is certainly old but clean, fairly well maintained, and has some great views. There are also large green spaces for kids to play and the infinity pool is extremely nice. Staff is friendly and the food and drink is at a normal...

"Really nice hotel with a good pool. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and there is a regular bus to take you to the towns. The beech is too far to walk so will need the bus or a taxi. On check in we were incorrectly told what was free and what wasn’t in the room. Double check before you have anything as we were charged at check out for items we thought were free. Free water and clean bedding and towels everyday."

"This is one of the new properties here at Phan Thiet/Mui Ne so it is very nice and the kids/adults love the pools!!! The room is nice and clean. The staff was able to get everything that we needed. They also have tons of activity at night every nights so…. All and all 10/10 "
