"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. "Nice place with friendly staff. The lack of AC on hot days was only mitigated by a fan. The parking was difficult , but they were very accommodating for an old driver with the best spot. The nature around and the lake are spectacular and I highly recommend it for a vacation. "

"I loved my stay (second time) at this beautiful and genteel property. It isn’t your fault but my neighbors were having extremely loud sex in the wee hours of the morning. I thought the woman was being murdered at first. It went on and on and on. Other than that everything was peaceful and serene. I think she was having a wonderful time. It was just a bit obnoxious and probably scary for the children who heard it bouncing off the lake and mountains😬😘I appreciate all you do to make your guests...
