We requested a fan, and it was quickly provided, but it was a small little fan that although it helped with some of the cooling of the room, it did not have a meaningful impact. "Our family room was huge and also spacious bathroom, had AC which is rear in Switzerland. Fan was also provided. Nice breakfast offering. 5 minutes close to train station. 8 minutes to eating and grocery shopping which is right on the train station "
