"Receptionist closed hotel early. We came to hotel half hour before closing, snd nobody was there, so we had to go arounf through back door in the dark parking. Overall streight 3 star hotel, only extra is genuine Africa decorations and some furniture. "

"Really nice hotel! Lovely staff. Great location. Would definitely reccommend to use/ My only place when i dock a mark would be the hotel lacks a Gym or a pool as when away we always like to exercise. "

"We stayed at this property due to being stranded in Ostrava during the Central Europe floods while in transit to Krakow. It wouldn’t be our first choice of hotels but any port in a storm. The staff were helpful but the property is probably 2 star at best "
