We loved the fireplace, balcony, full kitchen, high ceilings, and layout (rooms were on opposite sides of the living room/kitchen. What was best was the free hot cocoa/cider/coffees, the game room, which our kids LOVED after skiing all day, and the spa-like hot tub with a massage waterfall. "Rental management is disorganized and confusing. The property has multiple rental management groups which are not connected and do not communicate with each other. Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff "

"Great location on the main road through Aspen. Most things are walkable. Condo was perfect with all items you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living area to relax in with fireplace and humidifiers which are a must when you are skiing. Parked right outside our door for easy access in and out. This is the third time we have stayed here and will definitely be back. "
