"Our first impression of the Le Meridien Chanba Hotel in Xi'an was awe-inspiring due to its location, majesty, lights and modern look. However upon check-in, we had an issue as to whether or not the room was previously paid (it was previously booked and pre-paid) and if the room itself was ready - this took over 30 minutes to discuss and resolve. "I want to commend your reception staff (Eiffel and Dex) for their willingness to help us when we needed it most. We had misplaced our phone on our way to the hotel in the bullet train.
