No sauna, no spa, no heated pool, no cafe, no deli bar, fitness centre had a couple of machines only. Hamam worked but no lights so could not use. "This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. "Resort was nice although geared more to locals, the markets outside were great and the proximity to the aqua park a real bonus. Food on resort was good although limited for kids, bar service was not great however and one member of staff in the area quite rude :(.
