"Very well located and comfortable hotel with perfect views of Edinburgh Castle from the hotel restaurant and many rooms. Staff was attentive, friendly and accommodating. They definitely went out of their way to ensure it was an enjoyable stay. Room was pretty spacious and beds were comfortable. Only note is the bedding seemed a bit dated and could use some refreshing (stains and piling on several of the decorative pillows and piling on the comforters), but otherwise a great stay and would stay...

"Quite a cool property. The bed is motorized and tilts upwards. The bathroom is not really a bathroom but a toilet pod and a shower pod - not a problem if you are aware of it. Note that this location is not parking friendly or even drop off friendly since there's nowhere to stop in front of the property except the street itself or drive up the sidewalk. Overall a comfortable stay. "

"Firstly, still waiting for a response from Expedia. Booked a room for myself, my wife and 8 year old daughter. Hotel claimed I'd booked a double room and was left waiting for help from Expedia as the hotel were full. Hotel sorted it and waiting for Expedia response. Room still hadn't been serviced at 4pm. Window not soundproof yet tiny.. However, roo. Was decent size and clean, shame about the water pressure. "
