"The stay was OK, except the internet on our floor was not working (acknowledged by the reception, but not fixed). The big complaint is that, despite emails sent, the hotel never reported the stay to Hotels.com, and hence we have still not received our bonus stamps for the two nights. Since this was not reported even after a reminder email, I conclude that the behavior is intentional, so if you are collecting rewards you should AVOID THIS HOTEL!"

"The hotel was near the hiking trails to both peaks, the food was well prepared with a good variety available, and the room was very comfortable. The parking, which was stated on the Expedia description page as free, was actually not free and the sauna had not yet opened. "

The refrigerator was apparently being defrosted and was leaking all over the floor (with towels). Our room led to what seemed to be an abandoned hallway, but we couldn't lock the door from the inside. That being said, we loved our little hike on the hillside immediately next to the hotel. "Lovely hotel. Only issues were reception wasn’t open past 10.30pm. This was an issue if you arrive late. Bar wasn’t open only bar in restaurant which closed at 10pm."
