"Even though its a old property, the rooms and public area doesn't reveal it. You will feel the hotel is newly renovated. Ask for a room on high floor. Pretty decent sized rooms good enough for a family. Excellent food and service. l will definitely stay at the residency during my next visit to Chennai."

"12 months since my last visit and the staff are even better than I remember. Arriving 2am you might except the “night” staff welcome but no smiling faces and helpful staff. The room is well equipped but the towels could do with changing as they are getting a bit scratchy but everything else is fine. "Excellent property. It has access to the beach. Staff is polite and helpful. Reception team is very efficient. Swimming pool is the highlight. Rooms are super clean with all needed amenities. Would like to stay again next time."
