"It is a beautiful hotel, an oasis, rooms in an orchard of palm trees. The only thing needed is that some rooms needs certain repairs and updates. The cobra palm tree is a must see."

"Excellent location within the tourist section of the city. Everything is a short walk away from the hotel. The pick of restaurants, tourist attractions and of course the beach. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, easy check-in process (although the online check-in option before you arrive didn't work for me). "Our room was large with a big bathroom. A lot of the floor tiles were however cracked and the lighting was poor. In fact a standard light didn't work. Wifi was fine and breakfast was good. The main negative was that the gym was closed for refurbishment - this really should have been advertised whilst completing the booking. Access to Elche by foot was excellent."

"Being in an absolutely perfect spot, it was ideally placed for us to explore the whole city. The hotel is so quaint making it easy to get around. The staff were always available and fully able to advise us of places to go. The hotel was ideally placed for all the activities we wanted to do over the 3 days."

"Location was great and staff was excellent. Marvelous rooftop bar. Breakfast was expensive but there are many options nearby. Only issue was that there are two small elevators and one was not working on two of the days. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and directed us to the service elevator but there were still lineups. Overall I highly recommend this hotel."
