"This hotel was recommended to us by friends, I’m sorry to say that we had a different experience. The reception staff did not seem to understand well, one receptionist was (?texting) on her phone before the guest had left the desk. The older dining room staff were very friendly but the younger ones were barely civil. The pool staff were also unfriendly. For most of our stay the elevator wasn’t working. "The room upon arrival was very dirty, a very bad smell from the toilet, dirty walls, dirty TV, dirty mirror, the problem was reported, but additional cleaning did not help. At the end of the stay, the curtain guide fell off."

"We stayed three days at zielona terrasy. The reception was five minutes away from the apartment and it was almost impossible to park there when we should check in. When we arrivet to the apartment there were no towels and bedlinen there. We had to call several times before we got an answer. Later in the evening we got a plasticbox with towels and linen and had to make the bed by ourselves. The spa is not at the appartment. Its 5 minutes away but it is nice.
