"The location is very close to HBF, so close to a lot of things and a twenty min walk to the Dom. But like most HBF, a lot of undesirables hang out there in the evening. Staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. Fabulously cute Austrian decor. And a FABULOUS restaurant downstairs. It’s a must. Ensure you request a room with a separate shower room. Mine wasn’t separate and the mist from the shower etc went straight into the bedroom, which was tricky as due to winter I couldn’t open the window to...

"The staff was so friendly and helpful, and having breakfast open till 3pm was great! Situated on a main square, it's convenient for walking and close to public transportation. "

"Hotel was overbooked and client had no room !! we had no advance notice and client was booked out to another hotel 15km away so had to drive even further when arriving late at night."
